Our investigations include a walk-through inspection of the building, and examination of the ventilation system and Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system.  It also includes investigation of adjacent areas including outside of the building, and an assessment of air and surface factors.

Toxic Gas and Odor Testing

Originate from combustion sources, leaks, microbial sources etc.  The most common forms of contamination include:

Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO)2, Formaldehyde, Non-Specific Gas Determination via Tiff 8800A Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC), Microbial Volatile Organic Compound (MVOC), Semi Volatile Organic Compound (SVOC), Radon, Other Gases -- all of these are used to determine possible problems within a structure.

Airborne Particulate Testing

These are microscopic solid materials which have been released into the air from a number of sources, including plants, incomplete combustion sources such as defective heating units, microbial sources and industry.  Common forms of airborne particulate testing include:

Sampling and arrange for proper identification and analysis. Either in the air, surface, bulk or dust samples.

Dust Mites!

Air Particulate Counter

Spore trapped particulates

Other Particle Analysis, Weight Analysis, Lead, Asbestos, Fiberglass, etc.

Microscopic Fragment testing includes:

Conidia (parts of fungi) Count and Identification, Mycelial (parts of fungi) Fragment Count, Pollen Count, Skin Fragment and Fiber Count.

Molds and Fungi
