Spencer Misner, D.P.M. – EAQP, Inc. investigated our medical and patient care facilities for water issues, microbial content and an unknown substance in the surgical suite.  They investigated the building and its related systems (HVAC, etc.) and through building forensics they located and identified the sources of water entry.  EAQP determined the extent and seriousness of the microbial issues through testing and how to correct them through a step by step protocol and remediation including prioritization, containment, re-entry and post testing criteria.  They analyzed the unknown substance and determined it to be something that was easily cleaned.
